My family loves holiday traditions, especially around Christmas time! From tree cutting to Santa Claus parades to cookie baking, we love to cram as much fun and togetherness in as we can into the short holiday season.
One of the tradition, that our entire family looks forward to is Fondue night! We begin with a big pot of beef broth simmering on the stove. When the hearty smell envelopes the house, we begin cutting up our favourite fruits, vegetables and meats into bite sizes pieces. It is always a good natured fight over who gets to dust off the old Fondue kit at which colour sticks each person is going to use. Then we sit down to a feast.
