This year, I decided to make my New Years Resolution attainable. I didn’t want to put the pressure on myself to lose x amount of pounds (although I need too!) nor did I want to commit to something as heavy as a full gym resolution (as I knew I wouldn’t stick to it). Instead I found an amazing Youtube series called 30 days of Yoga with Adriene and committed myself to it! Its going great and my body is loving the stretching!
