They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Its the fuel that you put into your body that provides energy and stamina to go all day long. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day! I don’t know if its because I’ve gone for 8 hours without eating or that breakfast foods are so yummy, but I can’t wait to eat breakfast! Since becoming gluten free, breakfast time is becoming a struggle. No longer can I grab a bowl of cereal or eat toaster waffles. The gluten free options available are less then desirable and my taste buds scream for flavour. I find myself struggling to come up with new and inspiring breakfast ideas.

- 1 medium, ripe banana
- pam cooking spray
- Mush up banana until creamy
- Crack eggs
- Mix the two ingredients together
- Spray pan with cooking spray
- Pour batter
