Canadian Thanksgiving is just around the corner. This will be my first holiday Gluten Free! I’m hosting my family for dinner so I want to make a fancy appetizer that I can eat! I searched the web and there are many different dips and cheese balls I could make, but my stomach is sensitive to dairy too so I try to limit my intake. After an hour or so of searching, I came across this amazing Gluten Free appetizer that EVERYONE will enjoy! Its Gluten Free! Dairy Free! Nut Free! and very, very healthy! The best part is I won’t be unbuttoning my pants after gobbling up a few of these!!

2. Wash and cut up the Zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes and olives into small bite pieces.
Add cut, sliced and diced ingredients to the quinoa.
